
1. In these Booking Conditions "the Company" shall mean First4tennis Ltd; "Booked Event" means event as set out on the Company’s website and requested by the Customer; "Customer" means the individual, partnership or company or their servants, agents or employees who have completed the Booking Confirmation Form; "Event Organisers" means the owners, operators or organisers of the Booked Event; "Full Payment" means the total cost of the Booked Event including VAT and the Company shall only be deemed to have received Full Payment once confirmation has been received by the Company’s bank that cleared funds have been received.
2. These Booking Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Customer and supersede any previous agreement or understanding and may not be varied except as expressly agreed in writing by an authorized officer of the Company. All other terms, express or implied by statute or otherwise, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law and where any conflict arises between the terms and conditions contained in the Booking Confirmation Form and these Booking Conditions the latter shall prevail.
3. The Company does not give any Warranty, Guarantee or other term (whether expressed or implied under statute or otherwise) as to the fitness for purpose, quality, suitability or otherwise of the Booked Event and all conditions are excluded.
4. Booking Confirmation: once the Customer has signed a Booking Confirmation Form or has provided the Company with payment details then their booking will be deemed as confirmed. Thereafter the Customer will incur the cancellation costs as set out in paragraph 6 below in these Booking Conditions.
5. Payment Terms: for ticket only purchases the full balance must be paid to the Company at the time of booking if paying by credit/debit card or within five working days if paying by cheque. For hospitality bookings then a deposit of (50% of the full purchase price) is required at the time of booking and the remainder is due 6 weeks prior to the Booked Event taking place. Tickets and other admission documents shall not be issued to the Customer until Full Payment has been received by the Company.
6. Cancellation Policy: in the event of the customer wishing to alter or cancel the booking any such alteration or cancellation must be confirmed in writing to the Company who shall exercise its sole discretion in deciding whether to accept cancellation or alteration by the Customer. On receipt of such a notice of cancellation or alteration and subject to the Company accepting such cancellation or alteration, the Company shall be entitled to retain the following sums from the Customer:
(a) 50 % of the Full Payment where cancellation occurs more than twelve weeks before the Booked Event;
(b) 75% of the Full Payment where cancellation occurs more than 6 weeks before the Booked Event
(c) 100% of the Full payment where cancellation is received less than 6 weeks before the Booked Event.
7. Booking Amendment: it is unlikely that we will have to amend your booking. Occasionally changes may have to be made which we reserve the right to do at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date.
8. When you make a booking you undertake that you have the authority to accept and do accept these booking conditions on behalf of yourself and your party.
